my duty stretches through the working hours. I am tired, eager to return home.
Just at that moment, a commander passes by me.
He turns back, walks towards me, shakes my hand, smiles and says "Thank you for your support. It has been hard on you."
wow.
It's such small gestures of appreciation that really warms up my heart, and gives me that extra oomph of drive to excel in whatever I do.
